yep, we're nuts. We adopted another dog a couple days ago. She's so super cute though. Our friend's actually adopted her from the shelter/doggy camp Frida goes to and where we adopted my lover boy sweet cupcake Lobo from (Mr. Lobo Jangles, remember) 3 weeks ago. Well, they have an 8 month old baby and couldn't do the baby and the puppy, so we took her. The puppy is also a gift to big sis who has done so awesome in her new school that is bilingual and has a different curriculum than we were doing with homeschooling. The transition wasn't easy for her; culturally it's different, learning another language that half your classes are taught in, making new friends, learning new subjects, etc. But she got all 1's (A) and 2's (B) on her report card and Excellent in all the areas such as art and music and PE, so we're super proud of her.
She named her new little one Lilly. Isn't she adorable? Other than the potty training, she's perfect...
and this past week was the Easter Hat Parade at big sis' school. We were pressed for time to make a hat with all the new things happening (new puppy, work party, I was sick, little sis was sick, packing to back to the States for 2 weeks, blah, blah, blah) and so we quickly turned out this plastic plate open hat. We used scrapbooking flowers, buttons, sequins, big flowers, birds and eggs to create a spring themed-hat.
Here's the only girls in her class, 6 total and 17 boys! Her English teacher Ms. Doris is gorgeous, huh?
Okay, we just got here to the States last night. Half of my clothes (my BRAS and a pair of unmentionables in particular) were stolen somewhere between Mexico and here, SO ANNOYING!!!!!!!
I'll be posting more pictures later!
