I usually make the bulk of my holiday gifts. I bake many batches of cookies, gingerbread loaves and make lots of bottles of a secret family salad dressing. I have made bath salts, appliqued napkins, embroidered pillowcases, ornaments, mini-albums, etc. This year has been so hectic I only got around to making some peppermint bark and made a few gifts for some crafty friends...
These are a few of the things I've picked up for family and friends though. Nice alternatives I think...
for my friend who likes to bake,
for my daughter who wants to be a treehouse builder when she's older,
for the sister who loves the color aqua, candles and that vintage style,
and for me and my girls, we've been collecting matryoshkas for a long time (since I was little)
but I'd give these to someone else, I think they're too cute!
This, I adore, I'd love to knit one of these, I have so many people who'd love this, looks very Jen-esque...
and for my friend who loves flea market style (me, too), she'll love this book,
Have you found any fun or unusual gifts?
